Chalk Art Festival

Are you in art club or any of Mrs. Crittendon’s art classes?do you also like making sidewalk chalk art? well Mrs. Crittendon is offering to take students to the Chickasha, Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival. This is a great opportunity to show off your creativity and art skills, and you can have up to 3 other members on your team.

Permission slips are due buy the end of the day on Friday March 30th, 2018. $10 entry fee per team must be turned in with the application.

Your team is responsible for bringing their own supplies such as chalk, spry bottle, and paint brushes for blending.

With Braeden On The Mound, Owls Shuts Out Altus

Braeden Shackleford had all the right stuff on Friday for Owls, allowing zero runs and besting Altus by a score of 8-0. Owls tallied three runs in the fifth inning. Jacob DawsonJake Meents, and Conner Pennington each had RBIs in the frame. One bright spot for Altus was a single by Pitts in the third inning. Shackleford led things off on the hill for Owls. He surrendered zero runs on three hits over six innings, striking out six. Chanchez got the start for Altus. He surrendered eight runs on seven hits over five and two-thirds innings, striking out five. Owls totaled seven hits. Lance Bianchini and Pennington each racked up multiple hits for Owls.Bianchini led Owls with three hits in four at-bats. Owls were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Trevor Bianchini had the most chances in the field with eight.

Four RBI Day For Jake Meents Seals The Deal In Owls’s Victory Over Lawton High

Jake Meents wasted no opportunities at the plate on Friday, driving in four on three hits to lead Owls past Lawton High 11-1 on Friday. Meents drove in runs on a double in the third and a single in the fourth. Owls got things moving in the first inning, when Jaken Snider tripled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs. Owls scored four runs in the fourth inning. Conner PenningtonMeents, and Holden Bartosovsky powered the big inning with RBIs. Braeden Moreland got the start for Owls. He went four innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out four. Key Kline got the start for Lawton High . He went three innings, allowing ten runs on seven hits and striking out three. #14 threw one-third of an inning out of the bullpen. Meents went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Owls in hits.

Dudark toed the rubber for Owls. He lasted five innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out eight. #1 toed the rubber for Lawton Ike Jv . He surrendered four runs on five hits over two and two-thirds innings, striking out one. #3 and #8 entered the game as relief, throwing two-thirds of an inning and two-thirds of an inning respectively. Trevor Bianchini went 2-for-2 at the plate to lead Owls in hits.

Owls Vs. Mid-West City

Owls defeated Midwest City 7-0 on Thursday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Braeden Moreland induced a groundout from #7 to finish off the game. Owls got things moving in the second inning. Holden Bartosovsky hit into a fielder’s choice, scoring one run. Owls scored three runs in the sixth inning. Owls batters contributing to the big inning included Jaken Snider and Tj Neidert, all knocking in runs in the inning. A single by #5 in the first inning was a positive for Midwest City. Snider was on the mound for Owls. He lasted six innings, allowing five hits and zero runs while striking out six. #4 got the start for Midwest City. He allowed zero hits and one run over two innings, striking out one. #19 and #3 entered the game as relief, throwing three and a third innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively. SniderLance Bianchini, and Braeden Shackleford each collected one hit to lead Owls.

Monday, March 26th, Owls Beat Bridge Creek By Ten Runs. Owls had everything working on Monday, winning big over Bridge Creek 12-2. Owls got on the board in the first inning when Jaken Snider doubled on the first pitch of the at-bat, scoring one run. Owls tallied five runs in the sixth inning. Owls put the pressure on, lead by singles by SniderKendrick Black, and Jacob Dawson and a groundout by Zane Bridges. Dawson led things off on the hill for Owls. He surrendered two runs on four hits over six innings, striking out six and walking one. Kenyon Tollison got the start for Bridge Creek. He went five innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits, striking out three and walking one. #1 and Chandler Standige entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two-thirds of an inning and one-third of an inning respectively. Owls tallied 12 hits. Trevor BianchiniSnider, and Dawson all had multiple hits for OwlsSnider and Bianchini all had three hits to lead Owls.

In March 19, 2018 Ready Player March is proud to present by Robot House Creative to show you Big trouble in little china, in order for the upcoming movie Ready Player One that will be in theaters March 29, for this movie if you don’t remember about or have never heard about it, here is some info about it. The actor Kurt Russell plays a hard boiled truck driver by the name of Jack Burton, who eventually gets caught in a bizarre conflict within, and underneath, San Francisco’s Chinatown. Where an ancient Chinese prince and Chinatown crime lord has kidnapped a beautiful green eyed woman, who is the fiancee to Jack’s best friend. Which Jack must help out his friend rescue the girl, before the evil Lo Pan uses her to break out this ancient curse, where it will keep him to be a fleshless and immortal spirit. The location will be in Oklahoma City OK at the Tower Theatre 425 Northwest 23rd Street, and the tickets are $10, and the times are 6:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
