Braeden Moreland had all the right stuff on Friday for Owls, allowing zero runs and besting Bridge Creek by a score of 15-0. Owls fired up the offense in the first inning, when Lance Bianchini doubled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run. Owls notched seven runs in the fourth inning. Owls offense in the inning was led by Bianchini, Jaken Snider, Jacob Dawson, Tj Neidert, Trevor Bianchini, and Dawson Dudark, who each had RBIs in the inning. One bright spot for Bridge Creek was a single by Jimmy Whitacher in the second inning. Moreland toed the rubber for Owls. He allowed six hits and zero runs over five innings, striking out three and walking one. David Allen toed the rubber for Bridge Creek. He lasted one and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out one. Kenyon Tollison and Trent Vinert entered the game from the bullpen, throwing one and two-thirds innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively. Owls hit three home runs on the day. Snider had a long ball in the fourth inning. Bianchini went for the long ball in the fourth inning. Holden Bartosovsky went deep in the third inning. Owls totaled 14 hits in the game. Bianchini, Kendrick Black, Bianchini, and Bartosovsky each racked up multiple hits for Owls. Black and Bianchini each collected three hits to lead Owls.
