Jacob Dawson was bad news for opposing pitchers on Thursday, driving in four on three hits to lead Owls past Eisenhower 17-9 on Thursday. Dawson drove in runs on a double in the first and a double in the fifth. An early lead helped propel Owls to victory. Owls scored on a double by Dawson and a home run by Lance Bianchini in the first inning. Eisenhower scored four runs in the fifth inning. The offensive onslaught by Eisenhower was led by N Paquin, T Harris, and R Shows, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning. Dawson Dudark led things off on the hill for Owls. Harris got the start for Eisenhower. He allowed eight hits and 11 runs over three and a third innings, striking out three. Brayden Halberg and Marshon Williams entered the game as relief, throwing one and one-third innings and one inning respectively. Owls saw the ball well today, racking up 16 hits in the game. Jaken Snider, Dawson, Bianchini, Jake Meents, and Chase Defilippio all had multiple hits for Owls. Snider went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead Owls in hits. Eisenhower had eight hits in the game. Harris and A Young each racked up multiple hits for Eisenhower.
