Holden Bartosovsky was dialed in at the plate on Thursday, tallying four hits and leading Owlsto a 9-2 win over Clinton. Bartosovsky singled in the third, singled in the fourth, doubled in the fifth, and singled in the seventh. Owls put up three runs in the fourth inning. Bartosovsky and Jake Meents powered the big inning with RBIs. Jacob Dawson took the win for Owls. He allowed eight hits and two runs over seven innings, striking out four and walking one. Manning Mcatee got the start for Clinton. He lasted three and two-thirds innings, allowing five hits and six runs while striking out three. Tanner Davis, Gage Gaunt, and Patrick Hunter each contributed in relief for Clinton. Owls tallied 12 hits in the game. Bartosovsky, Braeden Shackleford, Trevor Bianchini, and Dawson all collected multiple hits for Owls. Bartosovsky led Owls with four hits in four at bats. Clinton racked up eight hits in the game. Valek Cisneros and Luke Sewell each racked up multiple hits for Clinton. Cisneros went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Clinton in hits.
