What Is Going On With OKC Thunder?!?!

The Oklahoma City Thunder were predicted to be placed the 2nd seed in the western conference before the 2017-18 NBA Season started. Right now, they are currently the 7th seed. That is not bad but after acquiring valuable assets like Paul George (19.9 PPG) and Carmelo Anthony (17.3 PPG), the thunder are expected to do better. They also have the 2016-17 NBA season MVP Russell Westbrook (23.3 PPG).  The only reasonable explanation is that the whole roster is losing their team chemistry.  They lost many of their teammates after trading for George and Anthony and the team chemistry must have been impacted. The Thunder still have 48 games left till the season end and hopefully they will be a superteam like everyone expected.

One Week Into NBA

The off-season was crazy, free agency was crazy and the first week of the NBA was crazy. First of all, Gordon Hayward broke his ankle in the Boston Celtics season opener vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers. He will be out 6-8 months. Also, the Phoenix Suns who lost their first three games, fired head coach Earl Watson a hour after starting point guard Eric Bledsoe twitted “I don’t wanna be here”

2017-2018 NBA Season

The 2017-2018 NBA season will kick off Tuesday October 17th after a crazy off-season and an exciting pre-season.  The highlight game of the Western Conference will be the championship team, Golden State Warriors vs. Houston Rockets. The highlight Eastern Conference game will be Cleveland Cavalier vs. Boston Celtics.  Both games will be super exciting due to the crazy offseason we had in the summer.  People are looking forward to the Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Boston Celtics game because Lebron James (Cleveland) will be going against former teammate Kyrie Irving (Boston) in Quicken Loans Arena.
